I'm not photogenic, how will you get a good photo of me?

No one is really photogenic, in fact, it's not your job to be photogenic, or even good in front of the camera. That's on me - it's my job to guide you into poses to flatter your body and light you up in the best way possible. It's my job to show you the most beautiful photos you have ever seen of yourself.
Is makeup and hair styling included in the session fee?

For all sessions, except Headshots, yes. For the Headshots it is not included, but can be added for a small fee.
When do I have to pay?

When you book your session a non-refundable session deposit needs to be paid in full to secure your shoot date and book your makeup artist. In the event you need to cancel your session, you can reschedule with a minimum of 3 days notice being given. The session fee is non-refundable if you simply change your mind.

Products are available for purchase on at your Reveal Session which is approximately 2-3 weeks after your Portrait Session. Payment for all products will be due on the day of your Reveal. I accept cash, credit card and also offer a payment plan of 4 equal instalments. Be prepared, I know you will love all your portraits!
What should I wear? I feel like I don't have anything appropriate!

Not a problem. Everyone dresses differently and has different things in their wardrobes. You can wear anything from casual jeans and T-shirt to a Royal Gala ball gown - it's entirely up to you!

At the Design Consultation I will give you a welcome pack. In this pack is an amazing guide that gives you so many ideas and suggestions on how to put your outfits together for the photo shoot. I will also give you some ideas based on our discussions about how you would like to be photographed. For a full Portrait Experience you can bring up to 5 outfits (this may vary depending on number of people in the photoshoot).
I’m a bit nervous, can I bring a friend with me to the photo shoot?

Absolutely! You are more than welcome to bring a friend to support you from the sidelines, but why not make it a girls day out and both have a session together? Or you can bring your partner, daughter, mother or best friend. Of course, you are more than welcome to keep it just for you too!
How long does a session take?

A session can take anywhere from 3-5 hours depending on the number of participants, how much fun we are having, and what sort of stylistic set-ups you might like. I do not want to rush you, so I only book 1 photo shoot per day.
I get hungry, is there food supplied?

No, food is not included in the the Portrait Experience due to dietary requirements and allergies. I encourage you to bring your snacks from home.

Tea, coffee water and orange juice is provided. If you would like wine or champagne I request you bring that yourself.
What products do you offer?

I proudly offer only the highest quality, professional photographic prints (framed and unframed) and accessories. My signature folio boxes are hand-made in Melbourne, while prints are printed and framed here in Adelaide. Prints are on fine-art, museum grade paper that will last a lifetime.
